Centennial focuses on the individual needs of each child and family through early intervention at home, in our integrated preschool program, and through participation in community programs. Centennial values and builds on the unique abilities and strengths of children with special needs, and encourages all of them to develop the confidence and skills to find their place in the world.

✨ We're celebrating another incredible milestone!

CICC's Hospital-to-Home (H2H) program has once again earned Impact Verified status with the highest possible "Very Extensive" evidence rating!

This marks the third year in a row that H2H has received this prestigious recognition.

Here's why that's so exciting:
💙 Only 2% of comparable programs received this distinction in 2026.
💙 H2H's evidence of impact was found to be stronger than 99% of similar programs.

Hospital-to-Home supports families from the moment their baby is in the NICU and continues that care as they transition home, helping children get the best possible start while giving parents the support and confidence they need.
