For our latest Hidden Gems feature, we’re stepping inside Wilkes & Bowens, the exciting next chapter of Toronto Designers Market, located inside the Holt Renfrew Centre. 🖤✨

Home to a thoughtfully curated collection of Canadian designers, artists, and makers, it’s a destination that celebrates homegrown creativity in the heart of the neighbourhood.

Founded by Karen Ferguson, the boutique has become a platform for both emerging and established Canadian brands, offering everything from fashion and jewellery to accessories and home décor. As the business evolves into Wilkes & Bowens, its mission remains the same: championing Canadian talent while creating meaningful opportunities for designers to grow.

We caught up with Karen to learn more about the inspiration behind the rebrand, why supporting Canadian designers has always been at the heart of the business, and what makes this boutique such a unique destination in Bloor-Yorkville.

Looking to discover your next favourite Canadian brand? You just might find it here. ❤️
