Nardini Naturopathic Offering real solutions to improving your personal health, where our approach is your wellness first. Is naturopathic medicine right for you?

Dr. Nardini, Naturopathic Doctor, is licensed by the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. He uses a wide range of healing methods, rooted in naturopathy, in treating his patients with the purpose of addressing their underlying health issues, rather than simply treating the symptoms. Dr. Nardini offers real solutions to improving your personal health. A naturopathic doctor’s approach to medicine is b

ased on prevention, as opposed to the modern model of Western medicine which focuses more on treating already existing problems. This provides for a different experience in medicine than many are used to, since it focuses on promoting the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Naturopathy can help people of all ages, genders and ethnicities. Whether you’re looking for treatment for a specific problem, or you want to improve or maintain your overall general health, Dr. Nardini can help you. There are so many nutrients - vitamins, minerals, and others - that the body requires that it can seem overwhelming to make sure you’re not missing any of them from your diet.

There is no substitute for variety, but sometimes, especially in the colder months, it can be a challenge to prevent yourself from eating a “mono-diet”.

The good news is that some foods pack so much nutrition in them without a lot of calories. If you can add more of these “superfoods” into your diet, you’re more likely to get everything your body needs.

Check out my article where I detail five of my favourites.

We all know that your diet is one of the most important determinants of your health. The challenge comes with creating a diet plan for yourself and sticking to it. Sometimes this requires avoiding certain foods that may trigger food sensitivities or food allergies or are generally unhealthy. This is...

One topic that seems to get a lot of interest: the immune system and how to “boost” it.

Indeed, the set of bodily functions referred to as the “immune system” are vital to your health. But, maybe, it’s not doing exactly what you have been taught to think it does.

Have a look at my article where I consider a different view of the immune system and an excellent way to keep it working for you – with a common nutritional supplement called NAC.

Following up on last week's post on green tea, I want to dive deeper into one of its constituents.

Sleep is one of those things that we either take for granted or we are desperate to get more of. In both cases, quality sleep is an absolute requirement to good health.

What if I told you that there’s a natural substance that not only aids sleep but possesses a wide range of other health benefits to the brain, cardiovascular system, and gut?

Have a read of my article on just such a substance, found in green tea - L-theanine

For others, it means anxiety, depression, or insomnia. This is far from an exhaustive list of the effects of stress on the body. Sometim...

Some of us have respiratory problems, headaches, digestive disturbance, and other signs and symptoms of chronic inflammation that just don’t seem to go away.

Worse still, you might not even know why they’re happening.

Have a look at my latest article about how mould may contribute to chronic health conditions and what can be done about it.
