This year Food Allergy Canada celebrates 25 years of working together to build a safer, more informed world for Canadians affected by food allergy.

In just the past few months, we’ve seen important momentum: movement on a national framework for food allergy (Bill S‑247) and progress on clearer “may contain” labelling.

There’s still more to do. But thanks to the passion and commitment of individuals, families, partners, and advocates across Canada, we’re moving forward—together.

It’s a wrap for Food Allergy Awareness Month 🎉

Thank you to everyone who made so impactful — from 63 teal monument lightings to the many powerful stories shared by our community.

We received 27 new story submissions this year, each one helping to raise awareness about anaphylaxis and the importance of knowing the signs and how to treat it.

✨ Winners of our story contest will be announced later this month — stay tuned!
