We often talk about growth—personal development, financial growth, relationships, and so on.
As a transformational therapist for women, I’ve noticed a stark reality: many women haven’t truly grown up. While they’ve matured biologically, emotionally they remain stuck at various stages of development, often frozen at the age when trauma disrupted their growth.
Some of the women I work with are emotionally stuck at a middle school level, a time when they were bullied. Now, as adults, they struggle with loneliness, lack close friendships, and carry a deep mistrust of others.
Others are stuck in an adolescent stage, characterized by rebellion and confusion. These women often find it difficult to accept guidance or authority and are trapped in cycles of self-doubt and self-deprecation.
As a therapist, it’s clear to me that for women to grow, they first need to "grow up" emotionally.
I am designing a program to guide women on a transformative journey—from the scared little girl they once were to the empowered woman they’re meant to become.
