We are getting closer to the October 2025 Toronto Waterfront Marathon and we need more people to join our team!

All distances are sold out -- but you can still join us virtually for the virtual 5K walk/run. How does this work? Simply walk a total of 5km on your own time in the month of October! It's great exercise and you would be helping us both by raising funds and by raising awareness of our valuable teaching.

Postpartum: Breastfeeding and the Billings Ovulation Method®.

After giving birth, some women may experience a period of infertility that can last for many weeks or months. This presentation, given by Theresa Larcina, will teach you how to use the Billings Ovulation Method® to recognize a period of infertility post-birth.
