Reiki is an energetic healing and spiritual practice that originated in Japan in the early 1900s.

⬆️ These are some common misconceptions about Reiki.

It’s such a flexible practice and can travel for you and intentions across time and distances, which is why I can channel Reiki into recorded meditations and video workshops found in the Harmonia Circle. And of course during our live virtual sessions 💕

✨I often find distance treatments have an even more powerful connection because the physical is not in the way. So interesting!

Times are heavy and intense right now…and have been for a while.

We can feel helpless and hopeless. (That is what they want you to feel.)

Instead, we can tap into our gifts, hope, and vision for creating the world we want. And taking action to create it.

Yes, feel all the feels and the anger, AND then leave space for hope. Invite it in. We can do this together.

TW: near car accident

A year ago I was stuck. Frozen with fear. I wasn’t ready to take the steps needed in order to create what I truly wanted to create.

It wasn’t until I received a HUGE message to MOVE FORWARD that I finally did.

But it took time. I had to:

💚set boundaries
💚prioritize myself
💚breakthrough self doubt
💚get past burn out

Not easy.

But the practices found in the Hamronia Circle are what helped me, guided me. The therapeutic music, Reiki, song, and voice practices I’ve created and one practice in particular that I believe, saved my life (read whole post!).

With time, I was moving forward.

And now it’s all here to share with you through a curated, self led, online library. For you to receive.

➡️ Maybe an unpopular (and anti-capitalist) take, but as a healer and coach who helps sensitive souls reclaim and believe in their voice and magick…my goals is actually for you to not need me.

I am here to hold space for you to step into and own your voice and your truth. To grow your confidence. And help you share your full self, full expression, and innate gifts with the world. To help you shine! We need you!

And this takes time. With Reiki healing, vocal sound healing, holistic voice coaching, and music therapy - I help you get there.

Through mentorship. Through empowering you in your innate healing potential and teaching you tools you can then use on your own.

Of course you are always welcome back to see me when you need to. We all need to be held by a trusted healer, guide, or therapist at least once in a while!

We’ve all been there - you get a nudge from your intuition. A vision. A dream. A small voice screaming: “yes do that!!”

But you silence it because you don’t believe it’s possible. The self doubt and judgement kicks in.

That was me 5 years ago. I put my vision to the side.

Meanwhile, my journey led me to break through these limiting beliefs with my music, voice, song, and Reiki practices.

And this practice, holding space in this way was helping others too.

I began to believe. And the vision unfolded.

So now it is here - a space that is affordable and accessible so that you can tap into your magick and gifts, believe in yourself, and get bad to your spark when it feels low.
