Things I wish more people knew about their body:

– Your pain didn’t come out of nowhere
– Rest isn’t always the answer
– Stretching isn’t fixing what you think it is
– Your body isn’t fragile - it’s just adapting

Most people aren’t broken… they just haven’t been shown what to change.
