Big thanks to for keeping me hydrated before, during and after this year’s Toronto 10K!😋💧

From a race perspective, I had a strongly executed 10K — surpassing my initial goal of sub 36. Congrats to everyone who participated and thanks to all that helped out to ensure it was a smooth race. What a morning!😄

Did you visit the CWENCH booth post race? What are your favourite flavours?🍒🍋‍🟩 Let me know in the comments!👇🏻

Training for a big run like this weekend’s Toronto Sporting Life 10K? 🏃‍♀️💨 Here’s what a real prep day looks like!

💧 Pre-run hydration → CWENCH hydration mix to start fueled and ready
🏃‍♀️ The run → staying hydrated and locked in
🍎 Post-run snack → apple-cinnamon Sport Bites because recovery should taste good
⚡ Refuel → more CWENCH electrolytes to finish strong

No guessing, no bonking — just showing up fueled and ready. 💪 Tag a running buddy who needs to fix their hydration game!👇

See you all out there!😊

My 2nd was an absolute blast!☺️

Race day conditions were perfect. I teared up a bit as I crossed the start line because I felt so grateful and happy to get to do this again. Vibes were insane the entire way.

I was a few min off my goal, so naturally I’m kind of bummed about the race. My legs got super heavy after the Newton Hills and I lost contact with my training partner at that point which stung. I eased off pace and coasted to the finish line, and was happy to do so without stopping once — a win in any marathon.

Swipe 👉🏻 to see my first tattoo, eeeep! 2x Boston Marathoner and a reminder to myself that I can do hard things, grind, and be spontaneous.

Looking forward, I’m feeling more determined and motivated than ever to run a best time at this October. I can’t wait to do my favourite race all over again!🙈

Busy schedule, zero shortcuts.

As a physiotherapist & clinic owner, my days are packed— but my training doesn’t take a backseat. I’m running 7x/week as I gear up for the on April 20, plus getting in 2 strength sessions every week.

Fuel matters. Recovery matters. Time matters.

That’s where comes in 👇

✔️ Saves me hours every week—no grocery runs, no meal prep stress
✔️ Balanced, performance-focused meals that actually support endurance + recovery
✔️ High-quality ingredients with consistent portions (so I know exactly what I’m fueling with)
✔️ Fresh, never boring—variety that keeps me on track without burnout
✔️ Convenient delivery that fits into my routine

When your goals are high, your nutrition has to match. This is how I stay consistent—on the road, in the clinic, and in training.

2025:

The year where I ran a personal best and a personal worst in the marathon, each teaching me valuable lessons to take forward.

The first year where I was my own boss from start to finish - a job where I could not feel more fulfilled in. One that gives me joy and one that I am eager to grow.

Thanks to all who made 2025 so special. 💙

The lead-up to this marathon was my toughest yet. Weeks of hip flexor pain forced me to cut back on training, and just 7 days before I could barely run a mile without pain. I doubted I’d even make the start line, let alone the finish.

But stubbornness carried me through, and on Sept 21 I finished the 2025 . Starting at the back of group A, I went out a bit too fast, the heat and lack of training caught up, and cramps hit hard after 25k. My goal shifted from “sub 3” to “just finish smiling.”

At 40k I grabbed some sweet tea, got a small boost, and pushed through the Brandenburg Gate with a fist pump and a grin. It was my slowest marathon ever, but I’m proud: the miracle isn’t that I finished—it’s that I had the courage to start.

Here we are - the day before the 2025 . 🇩🇪

I’ve come into this race with a different mindset compared to past marathons I’ve done. Tomorrow is about having fun and taking in the crowd, and doing my best on the day (whatever that will be), and finishing with a smile on my face. I’ve had some struggles over the last month and unfortunately, this means I’m not in peak fitness or in a position to run a best time — and that really freaking sucks, because well, Berlin.

Anyway, thanks to a lot of you for sending me nice messages of encouragement. I don’t know if I would be in Berlin right now if it wasn’t for it.

Good luck to everyone also running tomorrow! It’s going to be a party.😄👋🏻🎉
