Come see what a follow up visit looks like at our office!
Tracey is just 4 months out from eyelid surgery and already loving the outcome. It's a team effort to help out patients and nurse Lana .yeritskinyan and myself are so grateful to be involved in this kind person's care!

if you want to avoid accidents altogether, as they say, just don't get in your car at all. for me, dealing with hard issues means understanding that they exist, taking measures to avoid them, but also still recognizing that despite our best intentions, fender benders still happen. The question is, what happens next?

important to answer these questions about other peoples' before and afters, but more important to answer them about someone else.

You might be surprised to learn that I still get nervous for surgery. Everytime I scrub in is like gameday. this is a time for me to mentally prepare, go through the steps I've done thousands of times and remind myself that the human in front of me trusts me to take care of them. It's a position I never take for granted. never in a million years could I image I get to do this daily. I hope I'm making my 3 year old self proud.

My stunning 59 hear old patient me this today. Six months out from a brow, temple, face and neck lift, lower bleph, and fat transfer to her face and hands.

She lives out of town, so we did her six-month visit virtually last week. I knew she looked good, but my goodness...

It's not a clinical photo, I know. She's in her own space. Her own light. And that's exactly what makes it better.

Highlites where they should be and shadows that add dimension. Just look at that jawline.

But the part that stayed with me: on our call, we pulled up photos of her from years ago. Not to compare to her "before" — to compare to her. And she was back. Same face. Same person.

That's the goal at 6 months as we finish the "cosmetic recovery" milestone. The goal isto stop seeing the surgery — and start seeing yourself again. Her confidence in this photo says to me that she certainly is.

We're aiming to put "covered" back in recovered. The process can be overwhelming. This isn't a dig at partners or children careful for their loved one. We think you serve a vital role to be there to support. I've noticed that our patients who get a little extra help in the early days tend to have an overall smoother recovery. We're working as a team to improve this care and integrate it into your journey. Stay tuned for more details....

After enough consults, you start to see the patterns.
Some women come in because they've stopped feeling seen. Others are closing a chapter — a divorce, a loss, kids out of the house, a diagnosis they beat. And some just want the face in the mirror to match the person living behind it.
All three are good reasons. All three tend to do well.
What they have in common is that none of them are waiting on the surgery to decide what happens next. They're already moving. This is just one piece of it.
If that's where you are, I'd love to meet you. If you have other motivations you think I missed, please share them below! 👇

It's nurses week! 🩺
Meet my right, left and 3rd hand (in no particular order). These guys are the reason why our patient experience is, in my opinion, one of the best out there. I'm grateful for their intellect, empathy and constant efforts to always be better.
Thank you .yeritskinyan and . 🩷💛💚💚
