. Such a good word. Such a great feeling.
I had it today when a friend said to me, ‘You’re over thinking it. Focus on being a feeler, not a thinker. YES 🙌.
We all overthink at times, trying to solve a problem through action, or words, or thoughts, and so often just pushing the proverbial up hill. But when we are in , would we ever describe ourselves as over-thinking?? It’s more like feeling invigorated, consumed, enthralled, connected, don’t you think?
So next time when you say, ‘I’m over thinking this’, you absolutely are! Take a moment, check in, feel it in your body, be present. A solution so often presents itself when the mind is quiet.
