I am happy to share that I am now a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and seeing clients in-person and online! It is truly so exciting, after so much training, self-starting, and bootstrapping, to be "in the field" and starting to get to do this very exciting work! I have some updates! I am now based in Toronto where I am completing my practicum work. Why the expressive arts?

Gosh…the expressive arts are such a wide open field. You can use it to explore unexpressed parts of your life, to unblock yourself as an artist, to find your “inner child” again, to get sparks for a creative project. I have seen so many different ways in which a person’s truth has expressed itself through the expressive arts. It is truly a place of powerful play! Using visual arts, movement, drama, writing, sound making...the sky is the limit.

What if you didn't need to fix yourself?
It seems like such a radical thought, doesn't it?
It definitely makes me pause and wonder how I can live into that myself.
