There’s something powerful that happens when people stop trying to fix themselves… and start understanding themselves 🌿

Tonight’s Intro to Ayurveda workshop was a reminder that balance isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about coming back to your natural state.

We explored the doshas, moved around the room, laughed, reflected… and most importantly, recognized ourselves in ways that felt grounding and real.

Some discovered why their mind never stops moving.
Some realized why they thrive on structure.
Some felt seen in their need for stillness and comfort.
