🍽 Same lunch, very different blood sugar responses!

Sarah and Aliyah ate the exact same homemade cabbage casserole lunch, followed by a mid-day chocolate square and a clementine — but their CGM readings couldn’t look more different:

📈 Left: Large spike straight up to 10.1 mmol/L
📉 Right: Flat and steady

Question for you: What do you think caused the spike?

A) The cabbage casserole

B) The mid-day chocolate square

C) The clementine

💡 Hint: Even small additions can affect people differently depending on their unique metabolism, stress levels, and insulin sensitivity. We’ll be sharing more side-by-side comparisons so you can see our learning.

🛷Sleigh your holidays ✨

Support your energy, lighten the load, and actually enjoy the season—while building momentum for a healthier 2026 🎄💪

🎯 Simple ways to minimize blood sugar spikes & crashes:

🥦 Order of eating matters
Start with veggies + protein. Indulge after you’ve laid the foundation.

🍽️ Don’t arrive hungry
Have a balanced snack before parties—or bring a protein-forward dish you love.

🚶‍♀️ Move after meals
A short walk, light movement, or even a dance party helps muscles use glucose as fuel.

💊Consider digestive enzymes
Taken at the start or during meals, enzymes support digestion, reduce bloating, and help with nutrient absorption & food sensitivities.
Not a free pass to overeat—but a helpful tool for heavier or harder-to-digest meals.

😴 Protect your sleep
Sleep is where your system resets. Prioritizing your sleep window supports digestion, mood, immunity, and steadier blood sugar the next day.

🍷 Be mindful with alcohol
Alcohol close to bedtime disrupts deep sleep. Enjoy earlier, keep it minimal, and let your body fully wind down overnight.

✨ Better sleep = more energy, fewer cravings, steadier glucose, and more joy.

📊✨ KNOW your healthcare data ✨📊

👯‍♀️ For those who remember the Excel queens of CCNM class of 2009 … just know, we’re backkk.

We’ve been cooking up something BIG behind the scenes — something that’s going to take your lab tracking game to a whole new level. We’re creating a tool to allow you to see the story your labs are telling in report card form.

If you love clarity, color coding, and turning labs into action → you’re going to LOVE what’s coming. 👀💛

Stay tuned…

Because here’s the thing: your numbers tell a story — and when you own that story, you can finally use it to your advantage 🙌

GM Insights: What Your Blood Sugar’s Really Saying 👀📉

Wearing a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) is like having a metabolic superpower — you get real-time feedback on how your body responds to your food, movement, stress, and sleep.

✨ That “healthy” smoothie? 🚨 Spike.
✨ Post-lunch walk? 🙌 Game changer.
✨ Late night snacking? 👎 Metabolic curveball.

We’re using CGMs with our patients to help decode cravings, energy crashes, and fatigue. It’s not about perfection — it’s about personalization. When you know how your body responds, you stop guessing and start optimizing — meals, movement, sleep, and stress all start working with you.

💬 Ever worn a CGM? What surprised you most?
