Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!!!

Wishing all of you the very best this holiday season. The holidays won’t be the same this year but at least there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

The upcoming months will be difficult, but luckily, Registered Massage Therapists are allowed to continue practicing. So please don’t hesitate to come in if you feel like you need it! Your health and safety are still always at the forefront of my mind.

Stay safe, and take care of yourselves, physically and mentally. Practice self care and be kind to yourselves during the coming months. We have lots to look forward to in 2021.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your loved ones!
I know this year has been particularly difficult for many of us but I hope that your Thanksgiving is filled with peace, love, and gratitude. I find it incredibly helpful to find moments to be grateful for the people I have in my life, and I wanted to take a moment to thank you so much for your business!

Your health and safety are always at the forefront of my mind, and I will continue to make them my priority going forward in these uncertain times.

Also - a friendly reminder that for most of you, your benefits will expire at the end of the year, so now is a good time to start booking your appointments for the next few months. Book now before my schedule fills up and it’s too late!

Got tested for COVID-19 yesterday. Results came back negative in less than 24 hours! The test wasn’t the most comfortable but it was certainly worth the peace of mind. I didn’t wait long. Do your part! If you may have had any exposure (most people) or are experiencing any symptoms, get tested! Especially if you plan on spending any time with friends or family indoors. @ Women's College Hospital
