It’s so crazy to see life pre-pandemic, right? 😷

We love a good neck adjustment but a few things to note when you are getting a this adjustment from your chiropractor:

Not everyone actually needs their neck adjusted like this. How this patient is being treated is not the same way for the next person depending on their history and current health status. Every adjustment is tailored.

If you are nervous for an adjustment - any adjustment whether it’s your neck or any other part of the body, express this to your chiropractor. Dr. Rachel consistently listens to how her patient feels on any given day and tailors the treatment based on how that patient is presenting on that particular day. Remember you are in control. Your treatment is meant to be a conversation between you and your chiropractor to help you reach your goals in a safe and effective manner. This is why trust is so big for us.
