WE NEED YOUR HELP/UKRANIAN REFUGEES IN TORONTO
Two very nice Ukranian (refugee) ladies are sleeping on the floor trying to survive in our expensive and cold city.
They need two bed (twin) with matresses and perhaps a small table and two chairs (folding ok).
Please let me know if you can help. They live near Wellesley/Church area. I say this bc I will have to arrange delivery (so if someone else can help with delivery, that would be fantastic!).

About the perilous experience of Masking autism by girls and women. It depletes them, tires them out, spreads them too thin, opens them up to depression and burn out.
Regardless of the level of autism in a woman, masking and camouflaging, is an energy output that is required by the typical society that is too rigid and demanding.
We must do better.

Many girls hide their autism, sometimes evading diagnosis well into adulthood. These efforts can help women on the spectrum socially and professionally, but they can also do serious harm.
