Organizing my peritoneal dialysis (PD) supplies has become part of my daily routine — a quiet reminder that my kidneys are working overtime to keep me here, and that I’m still waiting for the call that could change everything
PD keeps my body going during this waiting period for now, but a living kidney donor would ultimately give me my life and health back long term.
If you’ve ever wondered what it actually looks like to live with kidney failure, I’m sharing the real, unfiltered video/reel. Because somewhere out there, there might be someone who can relate or feel less alone knowing I, too, am dealing with the same health struggles. By sharing, I also hope that someone may come across this post and consider becoming a living kidney donor to save a life.
