Heya Folks!

Hope everyone is enjoying some downtime, spending time with loved ones and feeling good overall.

Some big changes for me this year. As of January 1st I will be moving out of my Bloor street location to a swanky new space.

-Located one block west of the Spadina/Dupont subway station on the north side in the Annex
- Free parking (which never happens in Toronto!)
-Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 10-8

Jaya Integrated Health Centre
3-527 Bloor St W, Toronto

- This is a temporary space I'm renting over the winter located one block East of Bathurst station on the South side next to Lee's Palace
-Tuesday only 2:30-8:30
