Stuck in the cycle of "just getting through the week"? 🌀

For many university students in Toronto, burnout feels like an unavoidable part of the degree. But academic pressure doesn't have to mean losing your sense of self.

Meet Amy Tschupruk (DTATI, RP-Qualifying). Amy specializes in working with motivated individuals who are ready to move from survival mode to living a life aligned with their values. Whether you’re navigating climate anxiety, major life decisions, or the heavy weight of perfectionism, Amy provides a creative, trauma-informed space to help you find your footing.

✨ The best part? Our services are covered by most student insurance plans (U of T, TMU, York, and more).

At TATS, we’re psychotherapists AND art therapists, meaning we’re able to practice traditional talk therapy as well as supporting clients through creative exploration. By engaging with art materials, people are encouraged to externalize complex feelings and unconscious conflicts, allowing those feelings to be safely observed and processed alongside a trained professional.

Art therapy can help people of all ages grow by fostering emotional resilience, promoting self-acceptance, and providing a dynamic means to integrate challenging experiences into a coherent, more functional sense of self.

💭🎨Stop ruminating and start creating.

When words aren't enough, art therapy steps in to bridge the gap. It’s not about being an artist; it’s about being your own advocate for healing.

🎨Art is an excellent way to process feelings of overwhelm.

💭Art allows you to externalize chaotic thoughts and emotions, giving them a physical form outside of your head.

👩🏻‍🎨You don't need to be an artist; you just need to be willing to create.

✍️In moments of overwhelm, we often feel a lack of control. Creating something, anything, can restore a sense of agency and accomplishment
