Does anyone else tend to move away from smoothies during the Winter months also?

Smoothies and juices have different benefits but I love smoothies because they can capture the entire fruit or vegetable including the fibre which can make the smoothie feel more satiating.

This one has blueberries 🫐, unsweetened almond milk and collagen. Collagen helps create a froth on the top 🙂.
