“Eat more fruits and vegetables.” We’ve all heard this advice before, but when it comes to menopause, that advice is more important than ever. 🍴

A diet with fruit and vegetables can help lessen the unpleasant feelings that come with . 🙌

If you’re bored with your salad game, there are ways to change it up to make it exciting again! 🥳

Add toasted shaved almonds to your salad for crunch and a nuttier flavour.

There’s a wide variety of salad dressing recipes online as well to keep you coming back for more. (For my money, nothing beats a raspberry vinaigrette!) 🤌🏻

Consider inviting some stronger cheeses to the mix, like parmesan, goat's cheese or feta!

If you keep losing your phone, forgetting why you entered another room, or find yourself easily distracted, don’t panic! 🫨 It’s brain fog and women with peri or menopause often experience it.

But I have good news: There are ways you can manage it! 😁

Take up meditation, for example! There are plenty of free meditation videos on YouTube that can help you stay mindful and regain your focus! 🧘‍♀️

Exercise and diet are also vital to staving off that mental haze! Fruits and vegetables rich in antioxidants promote excellent brain and body health! 🙌

I have more good news! 👀

Menopause-associated Brain fog is temporary! 🥳
