Something happened in my recent masterclass that I have to share.
Two types of participants showed up that day.
The first group leaned in. They shared honestly, sat with discomfort, and let the content land — even when it hit close to home. By the end, something had shifted in them. You could see it.
The second group kept their guard up. "I've been to many courses. I know this already." When something touched a nerve, they brushed it off. Walked out the same way they walked in.
Same room. Same facilitator. Completely different experiences.
Here's what I've learned after years of doing this work: your openness determines your outcome. Not your intelligence. Not your experience. Not how many programmes you've attended.
The most growth happens when you're willing to look a little lost, a little raw, a little human.

Some peeps are not able (for now) to solve their long time repeating issues or patterns in life - be it in relationship, wealth, health, etc. similarly, the reason they ignore this reel. Maybe - Unconsciously not wanting to see the real issues or choose to ignore answers that are available. Most of us think self-doubt is a norm.

We say things like:
> “I’m not confident.”
> “I always second guess myself.”
> “I’ve always been like this.”

But what if that isn’t the full story?

What if self-doubt was learned?

Somewhere along the way, many of us started questioning ourselves.

Maybe through criticism.
Maybe through comparison.
Maybe through moments where getting it wrong felt painful.

So we began asking:

Am I good enough?
What if I fail?
What if I get it wrong?

And repeated often enough… it became normal.

Over time, self-doubt can feel like personality.
But often, it is a pattern.
And patterns are built on belief.

The good news?
What is learned can be changed.
We don’t have to keep living from beliefs we never consciously chose.

Most of us don’t think of it as overthinking.
We call it

🌱A lot on our mind.
🌱Decisions to make.
🌱Things we don’t want to get wrong.

So we spend more time...
❌ Thinking ❌Analyzing ❌Replaying different scenarios.

And it feels justified. Because from the outside, it looks like we are taking

⚠️BUT⚠️ when we slow down and look closer…
There’s often something underneath.

‼️The fear of making the wrong decision.
‼️The pressure to get it right.
‼️The need to stay in control.
And that’s when the pattern reveals itself.

‼️Not random.
‼️Not just the situation.
A pattern shaped by belief.

And until that shifts, we carry the same stress into different situations.

Different situations. Same pattern.

Depression is real.
Mental wellness is not optional.

And yet…
we still see people denying it,
minimizing it,
or telling others to “just be stronger.”

We don’t see the silent battles.
We don’t feel the weight someone is carrying inside.
So we assume.
We dismiss.
We move on.

But depression is not weakness.
It is not attention-seeking.
It is not something we can simply “snap out of.”

It is real.

And if we are honest…
many of us have felt it in different forms —
numbness, heaviness, loss of meaning,
or simply not feeling like ourselves anymore.

So what can we do — starting now?

We begin with self-love.

Not the fluffy version.
The real one.

The one where we:
• slow down and listen to ourselves
• acknowledge what we are truly feeling
• stop judging our own pain
• allow ourselves to not be okay

And when needed —
we seek support.

Because we were never meant to carry everything alone.

Let’s be kinder.
To ourselves.
And to the people around us.

You never know what someone is going through.

And sometimes…
that someone is us.
