Where do I even begin...

If you know me, you know I could write an essay about this, but I’ll do my best to keep it "short" 🤍

Joining .flower.reiki was a leap of faith—yet somehow the easiest leap I’ve ever taken. Moving two hours away to Toronto, leaving behind a beautiful home and a career I thought I had to stay in (a story for another day), and choosing instead to follow a dream, a calling, and a deeper purpose is something I will forever be grateful for.

This past year has been expansive in every sense of the word. A year of growth, both inwardly and outwardly. A year filled with so much love, support, and gentleness from Hana, the team, and every soul client I’ve had the privilege of working with.

I was seen—truly seen—by .vixie in a way that challenged me at first. To be held, supported, witnessed in all of my phases, and cared for through every season of my becoming has been deeply transformative. I dreamed of becoming a Reiki Practitioner. I dreamed of this kind of work environment. And the reality has been more beautiful than I ever imagined.

Working with .flower.reiki has been a profound catalyst on my life’s journey. I’m grateful for myself—for trusting my intuition, taking the leap, and believing in something bigger. And I’m endlessly grateful to everyone who has been part of making this chapter possible.

What a year. So much to reflect on, so much to celebrate, and so much to look forward to. ✨

The depth in which I’ve been held, supported, healed, and transformed has changed me on so many levels.

After each Reiki session, I take time to clear the decks—physically and energetically. The smoke from sage, palo santo, and other sacred blends becomes part of that reset. 🌿✨

As it moves across the space and the tools I’ve used, I set the intention to release anything that doesn’t belong to me or my client. What lingers is gently lifted, transmuted, and returned to neutrality.

This isn’t just about cleansing—it’s about respect for the energy exchanged, and creating a clear, grounded container for what comes next. Every session begins and ends with intention.

Close your eyes and breathe deeply. Imagine a soft, radiant white light pouring down from above, entering through your crown. Let it flow slowly through each chakra—cleansing, balancing, protecting.

Feel it move from your third eye… to your throat… your heart… your solar plexus… your sacral… and finally grounding into your root.

This light is your shield. Your reset. Your quiet return to center.

Pulled the Retrograde card today and wow… the message is loud: slow down, reflect, realign. ✨

Retrogrades aren’t here to ruin things—they’re here to reveal them. The patterns, the missteps, the things we’ve been too busy to notice. It’s cosmic revision season.

So instead of resisting the delays or overthinking the past, I’m choosing to lean in. Revisit. Rework. Reclaim. There’s power in the pause.

What does NO mean to you?

NO is more than a word—it’s a choice.
A boundary.
A declaration of self-respect.
A return to your truth.

Every time you say NO to what drains you, you say YES to what aligns you.
NO protects your energy, honors your intuition, and creates space for what’s truly meant for you.

Sometimes NO sounds like:
“No, I will not keep doing the same thing over and over and expect a different outcome.”
“No, I will not abandon myself to please others.”
“No, I will not ignore what my intuition is trying to tell me.”
