Thinking about growing your family through surrogacy or egg donation?

We're proud to see our Director of Third-Party Program & Business Development, Lisa Hogan, sharing her expertise in this upcoming webinar on IVF Funding for Surrogacy & Egg Donation.

With extensive experience supporting intended parents through surrogacy and egg donation journeys, Lisa understands that family building involves more than medical treatment alone. It also requires navigating financial planning, logistics, decision-making, and access to the right support systems.

During this webinar, Lisa will be discussing funding considerations for third-party reproduction and share practical insights that can help intended parents better understand their options and plan for the journey ahead.

Whether you're actively pursuing surrogacy or egg donation, or are just beginning to explore these pathways to parenthood, this session offers valuable information to help you make informed decisions with confidence.

While caregiving roles are more shared today, many women still find themselves putting others first.

And the data shows that their own health is often the first thing to be delayed.

• 62% of Canadian women have postponed care due to wait times

• Many report unmet healthcare needs and barriers to access

• Globally, women spend more years in poor health despite living longer

The good news is that awareness is growing, and women’s health is finally getting the attention it deserves.

This is your reminder:
Book the check-up.
Ask the question.
Prioritise your health.

Because prevention matters. And so do you. 💜

Fertility is often framed as a physical journey, but research shows it’s deeply connected to mental health.

Recent studies show:

• Up to 60% of people facing infertility report psychological distress

• Mental health challenges can begin before treatment even starts

• Stress may even impact the likelihood of conception

• Many people report feeling isolated and unsupported

This Mental Health Awareness Month, it’s a reminder:

Fertility is not just a medical experience, it’s a psychological one too, and it should be part of that conversation from the very beginning.

This week, a major shift in women’s health was announced: PCOS is being renamed PMOS, Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome.

While it may seem like a small change in terminology, it reflects something much bigger. For years, the name “Polycystic O***y Syndrome” placed the focus on ovaries and “cysts,” even though many patients never had ovarian cysts at all. Meanwhile, the metabolic, hormonal, cardiovascular, and mental health impacts of the condition were often misunderstood or overlooked.

The new name aims to better represent what research and patients have been saying for years: this is a complex whole-body condition, not only a reproductive one. More importantly, this change reflects a larger movement happening in women’s health, one that pushes for better research, earlier diagnosis, more inclusive care, and healthcare systems that take women’s symptoms seriously.

Changing the name is not the final step. But it is an important step toward changing awareness, education, and ultimately, patient care. 💜

🐝 From real journeys to meaningful stories

Little Bee: The Buzz About the Party is a beautiful reminder of how powerful storytelling can be, especially when it’s inspired by real journeys.

Our team had the privilege of being part of the family-building experience behind this story, which makes it even more meaningful to share.

Books like this help children understand their beginnings in a way that feels safe, proud, and full of love, while also creating space for more inclusive conversations around how families are made.

For many intended parents, the path to parenthood can feel complex. But stories like these remind us that those journeys can one day become something truly special to pass on.

💛 Because every path to parenthood deserves to be seen
