Hey mamas! IWe are hosting a FREE trial Me & Babe StrollerFit class this Wednesday, May 6 at 10am Dovercourt Park (meet by the playground walkway, 155 Fernbank Ave, Toronto).
Think fresh air, a solid workout, and time with other local moms. This is a low-impact cardio class, but be ready to sweat. We’ll flow into Pilates and finish with a deep stretch so you leave feeling strong and reset.
This is a guided, studio-style class outdoors—open to all levels.

Thank you to all of you for the incredible weekend teaching PMI with Props – Module 1
From orthopedic rollers to straps and weights, this group dove deep into precision, control, and truly understanding how props refine the work—not just add to it. The level of focus, curiosity, and growth in the room was exactly what this training is all about.
Here are a few glimpses from the weekend—students building strength, refining alignment, and stepping into their role as more intentional, skilled instructors.
Next up: PMI with Props – Module 2
This course continues the progression with:�• Magic Circle�• Small Ball�• Large (Swiss) Ball
We’ll be layering in more advanced integration, teaching skills, and deeper understanding of how props reveal and correct movement patterns.
April 25–26 (Weekend) 11:30am -6pm both days
These modules can be taken individually or as part of your path toward a comprehensive Pilates certification, including larger apparatus such as the Springboard and Reformer.
If you're ready to elevate your teaching and move beyond just “doing exercises” into truly understanding the work—this is where it happens.

K-Pop Dance Class for Kids (Ages 7–9)
Looking for a fun, high-energy activity your child will love? Our K-Pop Dance Class is a great way for kids to build confidence, stay active, and express themselves through music.
Wednesdays, 4:00–5:00 PM
6-week program | Starts May 20, 2026
Cost: $145
This beginner-friendly class introduces students to popular K-Pop choreography while developing rhythm, coordination, musicality, and stage presence.
Led by Miss B — an internationally recognized dance artist who has performed with Elton John and Justin Bieber, and appeared in music videos with over 17 million views.

We’re moving into spring with classes designed to support postnatal recovery, rebuild strength, and create space to move with your baby.
Weekly Classes (Wednesday–Friday):

Wednesdays 10:30 am – Me & Babe Lift & Flow (Pilates with weights to rebuild strength)
Thursdays 10:30 am – Ab Rehab (core and pelvic floor recovery)

Thursdays 2:00 pm – Yoga/Pilates Fusion with Emily Fleurant (starting March 26)
Fridays 10:30 am – Me & Babe Barre (barre and Pilates fusion)

NEW Springboard Pilates – Starts April 15
Wednesdays at 2:00 pm
Small group (max 6 participants)
5-week pre-registered series
Clinically informed, progressive postnatal strength training using Pilates Springboard equipment

This series is ideal for moms who have completed Ab Rehab and are ready to deepen their core and pelvic floor strength
