The hygienist walking around the room for the 47th time:

🚶‍♀️➡️ Checks the instruments
🚶‍♀️➡️ Looks out the window
🚶‍♀️➡️ Moves something that doesn’t need moving
🚶‍♀️➡️ Checks the computer
🚶‍♀️➡️ Walks around the chair
🚶‍♀️➡️ Looks out the window AGAIN 👀
🚶‍♀️➡️ Another lap around the room…

Front desk: “They’re parking now!”

Hygienist: THEY’RE HERE?! 😂😂

🚪 PATIENT ARRIVES: “Sorry I’m late!”

Hygienist: 😁 “No problem at all!”

Did you know that you might be doing these five things to better take care of your teeth but these might be actually the things you should avoid when brushing your teeth.

1. 🪥 Brushing too hard — Gentle pressure is all you need.
2. 🚫 Using hard bristles — Choose a soft-bristled toothbrush to protect your enamel and gums.
3. 🍊 Brushing right after eating — Especially after acidic foods or drinks. Wait about 30 minutes before brushing.
4. ⏱️ Not brushing long enough — Aim for a full 2 minutes, twice a day.
5. 🦷 Using too much toothpaste — For adults, a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste is enough.
