Acne scars don't have to be permanent. When breakouts damage the deeper layers of skin, healing can leave behind pits, bumps, or discoloration — but treatments like Fraxel laser and RF microneedling can help rebuild smoother, more even texture over time.

Right now we're offering 25% off acne scar treatment packages (until August 31st). Contact us to find out which option is right for your skin. 💬

Why do some pimples disappear completely, while others leave scars behind?

Acne scarring can happen when deeper inflammation damages the skin and disrupts the normal collagen-repair process. In some cases, the skin produces too little collagen, creating a depressed scar. In others, excess collagen can lead to a raised scar.

And remember: a flat red or dark mark after a breakout isn’t always a true scar.

Treating inflammatory acne early — and avoiding picking or squeezing — can help reduce the risk of permanent scarring.

Fraxel® 1550 is a fractional non-ablative laser treatment designed to improve your skin from within.

By creating thousands of microscopic treatment zones beneath the skin's surface while leaving the surrounding tissue intact, it stimulates your body's natural collagen-remodeling process. Over time, this helps improve:
• Acne scars
• Uneven skin texture
• Fine lines
• Overall skin quality

Results develop gradually as new collagen forms, revealing smoother, healthier-looking skin with minimal downtime.

Not every brown spot is "just aging." Years of sun exposure show up on your skin long after the summer's over — and once you know what to look for, it's easier to catch early and treat effectively.

Daily SPF is still your best defense against new spots forming. For the ones already there, targeted treatments can fade them faster than time alone.

Not sure if what you're seeing is sun damage or something else? A quick check can put your mind at ease.

Stress doesn't just affect your mind—it can affect your skin, too.

When you're under stress, your body releases cortisol, a hormone that can increase oil production, trigger inflammation, and slow your skin's healing process. As a result, conditions like acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and even hair loss may become worse.

While stress isn't usually the root cause of these conditions, managing it can be an important part of maintaining healthy skin.

If you're experiencing persistent skin concerns, consult a board-certified dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.
