1️⃣They book their classes in advance: make it an appointment in your calendar with the most important person in your life; your future self!
2️⃣ They show up even when they aren’t feeling it: we all have those days. But there’s almost nothing that can’t be made better by moving your body for 45 minutes, getting away from technology & capping it off with a crisp high five 🙌🏽
3️⃣They don’t play guessing games; they monitor progress no matter what ( no hiding from the scale for weeks after vacation). And they keep track of the strength progress ( convenient to do in our app!)
4️⃣ They workout with a friend: let’s face it, making friends as an adult can be tough! Our community comes with built-in accountability partners in class ( and these folks might just be your next friend group!) it’s easier to make lifestyle changes when you’re surrounded by people who have the same goals.
5️⃣ They challenge themselves IN and OUT of the gym: it might not even be a competition like Hyrox or a 10k, the challenge might be going to bed 30 minutes earlier, or incorporating colourful veggies into your meals- our successful members know they need to make some changes to see change.
