Ageism doesn’t just shape how we view aging - it can shape how we experience it.

Negative beliefs about aging are linked to poorer physical health, lower memory performance, and even a shorter lifespan.

Did I love fully?
Did I make peace where I could?

What are your thoughts on this?

Thinking about death can feel uncomfortable, but it can also clarify life.

As we age, awareness of time can shift what we prioritize: deeper connection, more presence, less tolerance for what doesn’t matter, and greater acceptance of imperfection.

Mortality awareness isn’t only about loss. It can also invite us to live more fully.

What does “living more fully” mean to you right now?

How old do you feel inside?

Research suggests that feeling younger than your chronological age is associated with better health and functioning over time.

This isn’t about denying aging. It’s about recognizing that how we experience aging psychologically matters too.
