A question I hear often from professionals considering RTT: what actually happens in the first conversation?
It's a fair question — and one worth answering plainly, because the uncertainty about what you're walking into is often what keeps someone from booking.
The free 30-minute discovery call covers three things:
1. What's brought you here — what you're experiencing, how long it's been present, and how it's affecting your work and life.
2. Whether RTT is well-suited to what you're navigating — I'll be honest if it isn't.
3. What working together would involve practically — the structure, the format, what to expect from each session.
There's no commitment attached. The purpose is clarity for both of us.
I work with a lot of women in professional roles — healthcare, leadership, education, HR — who have been carrying stress, anxiety, or a quiet sense of being stuck for longer than they'd like to admit. Often they've tried other approaches. Often they're high-functioning on the outside and exhausted underneath.
RTT tends to reach something in that profile that other modalities haven't. I don't say that lightly — my nursing background makes me sceptical of overclaims in this space. But the results I see in this population are consistent.
