Your body is literally trying to tell you something. ⚠️

Most people ignore these signs until it’s too late, but your skin and energy levels are often the first “alarm bells” for what’s happening in your liver.

The good news? Your liver is incredibly resilient!

I focus on reversing the root cause—Insulin Resistance—so you can actually heal, not just mask the symptoms.

👇 Which of these are you seeing right now?

Check the videos on my page for the full breakdown, or comment “FATTY LIVER” and I’ll personally reach out to help you get started.

Those little skin tags might be telling you more than you think 👀

Multiple skin tags have been associated with insulin resistance and elevated insulin — sometimes while fasting blood sugar still looks “normal.”

Your skin can give you clues about what’s happening metabolically long before you realize there’s a problem.

Don’t just remove the sign. Ask what could be driving it.

They changed the definition of “normal” blood pressure… again.

Years ago, much higher blood pressure readings were considered acceptable.

Then 140/90 became the number most people associated with high blood pressure.

Today, we’re aiming for much lower numbers.

But here’s what bothers me: we keep trying to put everyone into the same box.

Same cutoff. Same target. Same definition of “normal.”

But should the “ideal” blood pressure really be identical for a 25-year-old and a 75-year-old? Should we only be looking at the number—or should we also be looking at the person, their metabolic health, lifestyle and overall risk?

So here’s my question…

Are we getting healthier, or are we learning that high blood pressure starts affecting our bodies earlier than we once thought?

When I started learning about metabolic health, I stopped focusing only on the blood pressure reading and started asking a different question:

What’s causing blood pressure to rise in the first place?

That led me to learn about insulin resistance, chronic inflammation, nutrition, movement, and the lifestyle factors that can all influence blood pressure over time.

Blood pressure matters—but it’s only one piece of the metabolic health puzzle.

Instead of only asking, “How do I lower the number?” I think we should also be asking, “Why is the number going up?”

Comment “BP” below, and I’ll personally send you the exact protocol I used to reverse my insulin resistance, support healthy blood sugar, and improve my metabolic health.

Save this and share it with someone who’s trying to get to the root cause—not just manage the numbers.

Most people know they should be eating more fiber… but knowing which foods to eat (and how to fit them into your day) can feel overwhelming.

The good news? You don’t have to overhaul your entire diet. Simply adding a few fiber-rich foods to your meals can help support healthier blood sugar levels, improve insulin sensitivity, keep you feeling full longer, and support your overall metabolic health.

Start small. Pick one or two foods from this list, make them part of your routine, and build from there. Small changes really do add up.

💬 Which high-fiber food do you eat most often? Let me know in the comments!

📌 Save this post for your next grocery trip, and send it to someone who’s trying to improve their blood sugar or metabolic health.

Living with Type 2 Diabetes can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying your best and not seeing the progress you hoped for. But sometimes, it’s not just about what you add… it’s about what you gently remove from your daily habits.

Small shifts — repeated consistently — can help calm blood sugar, support your metabolism, and move you toward better control over time. Progress doesn’t require perfection. It requires patience, awareness, and the right steps in the right direction.

If you’re ready to start making simple, supportive changes for your blood sugar and your future…
