Our clinic is now located on the corner of Keele & Finch at1315 Finch Avenue West Unit 116.

Please check Google for our weekly hours. For the week of January 12-16:

Monday, January 12: 9AM-5PM
Tuesday, January 13: 9AM-5PM
Wednesday, January 14: 9AM-5PM
Thursday, January 15: 9AM-5PM
Friday, January 16: 9AM-11AM

As always, we remain open on Sunday mornings too starting at 9AM.

In the interim, Dr. Shuldiner is still seeing patients via telemedicine. Please check our business hours on Google - during our open hours, you can go to https://fourwindsclinic.com/ and select Telemedicine Waitlist. Once you register, Dr. Shuldiner will call you back within 1 hour.

Once our new space is prepared, we will update you with our new address and continue seeing patients in-person!

We have extended our hours to 9:00AM - 8:00PM Monday to Friday, and Sundays, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
