Do you notice the small acts of kindness others show you?

Maybe someone lets you go ahead in the grocery line, or they hold a door open for you. These moments happen all the time, but how often do you take them in?

When you pause to recognize these acts and feel genuine gratitude, it not only makes you feel supported, but it also rewires your brain to focus on the good.

The more you do this, the easier it gets to notice and embrace the positivity around you.

And when we respond to others' intentions with heartfelt gratitude, it creates a chain reaction of good feelings.
