What to do:
🔪 cut up a few different fruits/ veges, or grab a few handfuls of dried fruit, nuts, seeds
🥣 place various food in different compartments of an ice tray, separated dish, or muffin tin
🥑 add some fave dips like hummus, guacamole, yogurt, peanut butter etc.
🌟PRO TIP - To add some fun, exploration, and to decrease pressure, help your child make a food person out of the various foods you put out! 🚺🚹
