Big News.....

It's with heavy hearts we make the announcement that we will be closing the TRAIL studio in July forever.

This is not a decision we took lightly, and it has been coming for a while.

It's hard to believe that I started this studio 8 years ago - where does the time go? But wow, what an amazing 8 years it's been. I want to take the time to sincerely thank each of you who made yoga a part of your life, and those who came to our little studio to practice. You've all made these 8 years so memorable and fulfilling. I am forever grateful to you all.

We will be ending our evening classes at the end of June and continuing with Rebalancing classes through July.

Here's the GOOD news...starting in August, Troy will be moving his 10 am Rebalancing class to its new home at the Trail United Church! Class times will remain the same, and you can expect to get the same class Troy has been teaching since starting the studio! You will be able to use your passes, and sign up for classes just the same as always.

Of course you are all still able to use your passes at our Castlegar studio as it will be remaining open.

Again, thank you so much for these past years and I really hope to see you in the studio for now, and at our new home in August!
