PSA - please put your thinking cap on when considering which hands on care is right for you‼️

Things to keep in mind:
- Does this person have a knowledge base on the topic? Not just a week long course that certifies you on the subject and you claim expertise
- Does this person hold a registration with a professional board or association that monitors conduct? This can be helpful as most will have do’s and dont’s for registrants (accountability is key!!)
- What are the potential risks with this therapy? Are they discussed? Is informed consent obtained and documented? Does the provider hold any sort of insurance?

Do your research!!
Elaborate social media posts may ‘sell’ you on a service but dig deeper - see if it’s a fit!!

You have one body - one house.
Care for it wisely.
