When things get heavy and your body forces you to pick a path, the choice is always yours. You can keep ignoring and forcing big feelings, thoughts, emotions, down. Causing shutdown ; or you can choose the path you were always meant to walk. This weekend was spent holding space for those heavy things and choices.. Thank you mother nature for your grounding energy, healing love and beauty.
