Summer sessions interest inquiry

Summer is full of fun and erratic schedules so that is why I have a few different options for you to stay fit over the SUMMER
There are some EARLY RISER options if you want to get up and start your day off with a workout with no excuses to get interupted
Mondays 10:45-11:15amconfirmed and wait listed
Hfx bootcamp 6pm reach it for info
Hfx Yoga 7pm reach out for info
Tuesdays 805 am
option 1 - Spin n Sculpt combo class 45 minutes total half spin half sculpt
option 2 - Sculpt E 45 Strength training with a few body moves intervals mixed in to challenge heart rate
Wednesdays Seniors in the Bay confirmed 10:30amβ
Thursdays 805am
option 1 - Spin n Sculpt combo class 45 minutes total half spin half sculpt
option 2 - Sculpt E 45 Strength training with a few body moves intervals mixed in to challenge heart rate
option 3 - Ride 30 or 40 minutes ( spin class)
If you like to sleep in and catch up on your Sleep over the Summer and want to start a little later..LATE RISER options here ..
