Over the past few months, I’ve been working more intentionally with my essential oils — paying close attention to how they support my nervous system in real time.
What I began to notice was a consistent pattern in how I was using them during moments of task paralysis, overwhelm, excessive mental chatter, and getting on with tasks. Certain aromas helped create a pause for me to breath and settle a bit. Others supported my need to be grounded or stop that moments spiral. And some just made it easier to move forward and get it done.
That pattern has evolved into what I’m calling:
💜 Aromatic Alchemy with RVA 💜
A simple, flexible guide for using essential oils to support the nervous system and move through daily life easier.
Rather than being a rigid system, this approach follows how the body naturally responds — creating a gentle shift, allowing the nervous system to settle, and then supporting forward movement.
Shift → Support → Progress
I’ve just shared the next post in this series, where I walk through each phase in, along with suggested oils and simple ways to begin working with this in your own way.
