I am registered with The Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America and am, a settler of Irish, Scottish and British ancestry, gratefully based on the unceded, ancestral Coast Salish territories of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations, also known as Vancouver, Canada. I completed my BCST professional training with internationally recognized training institute B
ody Intelligence. BCST has had a profoundly positive impact on my life, through supporting the integration of birth and childhood trauma, it has given me a sense of peace, well-being and vitality I hadn’t experienced or knew possible before. Along with my BCST training, I bring a decade of somatic, presence and embodiment skills from my career as a dance artist which greatly benefits my practice. I am continually curious to deepen my practice through ongoing training, research and commitment to my own healing processes. As a lifelong sensitive empath and attentive listener, I find great joy in being of service to the health and well-being of others. I have witnessed great results working with clients through their experiences of concussions, insomnia, chronic pain, post-surgery recovery, chronic dissociation & activation, exhaustion, post-natal issues, dizziness, hearing problems, chronic migraines & headaches, TMJ, physical injuries, emotional stress, anxiety & depression, as well as birth & childhood trauma. I see healing as a necessary step towards just futures for all. Engaging practices of care and moving towards greater collective wellness is urgent work. As well as benefiting each of us on an individual level, healing has a ripple effect that makes nourishing waves through communities. It is an honour to offer my clients professional support in moving towards their greatest health and life potential. As a dance artist, of course, I enjoy moving, but I also revel in being quiet and inviting the nourishment of dynamic, resourcing stillness, and it is my pleasure to share this with clients through the powerful, grounding and deep practice of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.
