Meet Maureen — the heart behind Platinum Home Care
After more than 20 years in healthcare — including working as a Primary Care Paramedic and Personal Care Aide — Maureen founded Platinum Home Care with one mission: to bring dignity, consistency, and humanity back into senior care.
Through both professional experience and caring for her own family during mobility challenges and end-of-life journeys, she saw firsthand how overwhelming and fragmented the healthcare system can feel for families. That experience shaped the compassionate, hands-on approach that Platinum Home Care is known for today.
Maureen is deeply committed to helping seniors remain safely and comfortably in the homes they love while supporting families through every step of the journey. From dementia care and hospital advocacy to helping families navigate equipment, resources, and difficult decisions, she believes no family should ever feel alone.
Beyond caregiving, Maureen is a devoted wife and mother of four, proudly raising her family in South Delta. She loves bringing people together around food, conversation, and community — values that naturally flow into the culture of Platinum Home Care every single day.
