New Moon Total Solar Eclipse in Leo
Exact Aug 12 at 10:38 am PST

Solar eclipses often coincide with profound turning points. They don’t simply begin a new lunar cycle. They disturb and accelerate. Something that has quietly been forming beneath the surface reaches a threshold where life can no longer continue in quite the same way.

This eclipse feels especially meaningful.

The New Moon and Sun join the South Node in Leo alongside Jupiter and Mercury, while the North Node continues its newly begun journey through Aquarius.

Leo and Aquarius are often described as opposites, but they’re really polarities.

Leo asks: What is the unique light you came here to embody?

Aquarius asks: How does that light serve the whole?

One without the other becomes distorted.

Leo without Aquarius can become personal ambition, and in its shadow, self-importance and inflation.

Aquarius without Leo can lose the warmth of the individual heart.

Together, they describe one of the deepest movements of individuation.

To discover your unique expression... and then offer it back to the world in service of something larger than yourself.

This feels beautifully aligned with what I’ve been witnessing in sessions.

When clients begin reconnecting with the Source within, something quietly changes.

Life is no longer organised around proving, surviving, striving, or performing.

When you become transparent enough that Source can shine through you in the unique way only you can, expression begins flowing naturally because something deeper is now leading.

INVITATION:
Tune into the energy of this eclipse.
Open and let it initiate you.

Sit with this question:
How can I bring my inner light into greater expression and visibility that serves the collective?

Why are you frozen at the crossroads?

The biggest reason I see, after years of working with people at exactly this threshold, is fear.

Fear of the unknown. Fear of making a mistake. Fear there’s nothing there on the other side. Fear you’re not good enough or worthy of a more aligned life.

And that fear dysregulates the nervous system. Fight. Flight. Freeze. The biology takes over, keeping you safe. And stuck.

But there’s also a deeper truth that often gets uncovered:

People don’t get stuck at the crossroads because they don’t know who they are. They get stuck because they’re afraid to become who they already know themselves to be.

The work isn’t about pushing through the fear. It’s about going to the root of what’s making the right step feel impossible.

When that dissolves, the decision becomes clear.

You stop fighting yourself and start trusting yourself again as safety is built within.

This is exactly the work we get into together.

If you feel the pull, send me a DM.

Over the last couple weeks, the phrase rock bottom has surfaced in sessions. Grief. A deep knowing that something needs to change. An urgency to do something yet not knowing exactly what that action is. Or rather, knowing and not trusting.

Do I leave the job, end the relationship, move, travel, step into something unknown???

… It feels like blowing up your entire life.

You tell yourself: “I should be grateful for what I have.”

And so you stay in the same loop. The anxiety builds. The pressure keeps mounting.

The panic often shifts into stuckness or outright collapse as you idle at the crossroads between the old self you know you’ve outgrown and your true identity that hasn’t been born yet.

Your Soul knows how to navigate through these dark turbulent waters, but you either don’t hear its voice or don’t trust it.

Your head will often try to figure it out. But this is not a job for the mind.

The more you spin in indecision, the more the nervous system dysregulates.

It becomes increasingly harder to see the way.

People don’t linger at the crossroads because they don’t know who they are.

They linger because they’re afraid to become who they already know themselves to be.

The deeper work isn’t about making the “right” decision.

It’s about whether you’re willing to reclaim the authentic self that was sacrificed for safety or belonging when you were little.

Once that exiled part is reclaimed, the next step often becomes much clearer.

You stop fighting yourself. You start trusting yourself again.

A quiet, steady knowing arrives: “This is the right step. I trust myself to take it.”

That’s what becomes possible.

This is exactly the work we get into together - going to the root of what’s keeping you from trusting yourself, so the path forward becomes clear.

If you’d like support, send me a DM.

🌕 This Full Moon is especially powerful.

The Moon joins Pluto in Aquarius, opposing the Sun and Jupiter in Leo. A profound dialogue between expansion and transformation.

Between Soul and Spirit.

Pluto asks us to descend beneath the identities we’ve constructed to survive and recover what’s been left behind.

The exiled parts.
The dream quietly abandoned.
The version of yourself that didn’t fit the life you carefully built.

And Spirit — Sun and Jupiter in Leo — gives us the courage to bring what’s been retrieved into the light.

To embody the truth of who we are at the core and live it fully.

This is the alchemy of this Full Moon.

Reflection:

What part of yourself have you abandoned in order to belong and what would it look like to welcome it home?

If you’d like support reclaiming what’s been exiled, DM me.

I’d love to speak with you.

You know something needs to change.
You can feel it. You’ve probably been feeling it for a while.

But you’re not moving. You’re digging in your heels. Because the thought of actually making that change — leaving the job, ending the relationship, stepping into something unknown — feels like blowing up your entire life.

And so you stay. And the anxiety builds. And the pressure keeps mounting.

You tell yourself: “I should be grateful for what I have.”

Here’s what I want you to understand.

That pressure you’re feeling is not random ... and it’s not anxiety. Nor is it a sign that something’s wrong with you.

It’s your soul. That deep essence in your heart. Awakening. Tired of being held back.

And here’s the thing most people don’t think about — if you keep stalling, life has a way of making the decision for you. A health crisis. A relationship imploding. Getting fired. A breakdown that forces you to act. That redirects you ... to your true path.

I see this constantly with my clients. The ones who waited — it happened anyway. Just with more force and pain, and less choice.

The crossroads you’re standing at right now? It’s not going away.

And here’s what I also know — and this is important ...

You’re frozen at the crossroads because you’re afraid ... afraid of the unknown, afraid that you’ll make a mistake ... afraid that you’re somehow not good enough or worthy to live a more aligned and fulfilled life. Afraid that there’s no other way.

And that fear makes the leap feel unsurvivable.

The work isn’t about pushing through the fear. It’s about going to the root of what’s making the leap feel impossible in the first place.

When that dissolves — and it can dissolve — the decision becomes clear.

You stop fighting yourself ... and start to trust yourself again.

Imagine standing at that same crossroads and feeling a quiet, steady knowing: “This is the right step. I trust myself to take it.”

That’s what becomes possible.

If you’re at this crossroads right now and you’re ready to stop waiting for life to make the decision for you — reach out to me directly. I have a couple spots open this

💧 Grief is an initiation.

Something in your life is ending. A relationship. A version of yourself. A belief or a dream, a vision you’ve been holding onto. A life that no longer fits.

And the grief that comes with that ending is necessary for renewal.

The psyche is doing exactly what it’s designed to do. It’s dissolving what no longer belongs to you. You’re being alchemized ... if you allow it.

But what often happens instead is that we pathologize the grief. We medicate it. We try to fix it, bypass it, speed through it. We ask — what’s wrong with me? Why can’t I just move on?

And in doing so, we miss the initiation that’s hidden inside it.

Because grief, when it’s allowed to move through you — when you stop fighting it and surrender to it consciously — does something remarkable.

It dissolves the constriction around the heart.

The layers of armor.

The protective structures that were keeping you safe but also keeping you small.

The old identity that was never really you to begin with.

And what’s left when that dissolves —is you. The true you.

I’ve seen this again and again.

The people who are willing to enter the grief — to let it be an initiation rather than a problem to solve — they come out the other side with something that can’t be manufactured any other way.

An openness. A spaciousness. A heart that finally has room to breathe.

If you’re in grief right now and you’re wondering what’s wrong with you ...

… nothing is wrong with you.

You’re in an initiation.

If you’d like a guide for that journey, feel free to reach out to me directly.

🌑 New Moon in Cancer. And a very precise question from the sky:

Is it safe to be me?

The ego only fully surrenders to the deep Self when it experiences enough safety. When it doesn’t, the nervous system contracts, the expression narrows to a drip, and the soul suffers.

This New Moon is an invitation to prepare the inner vessel. To dissolve the defensive structures so that safety and trust can be restored. So that soul can blossom.

And over the next few days, four outer planets align at 4 degrees: Jupiter, Pluto, Uranus, Neptune. The quaternity. Jung’s symbol of wholeness becoming conscious.

When the conditions are right, the flower opens.

💔 “I just want to be me” ...

I hear some version of this in almost every first session.

Often it comes out as exhaustion … the exhaustion of performing a version of yourself that doesn’t feel true … hasn’t felt true … ever.

There’s a burning in your heart … as if something is trying to come through.

You long to be free.

Free and safe to be yourself.

To say what you actually think … in the meeting, in the relationship, in the conversations that matter.

To take the actions you’ve been putting off forever.

To look in the mirror and recognize the person looking back at you.

To see your eyes lit up with a fire you haven’t seen in a long time.

You’ve tried meditation. Therapy. Psychedelics.

You feel yourself looping … the despair deepening … because something still hasn’t shifted at the root.

You’re quietly wondering … what the f*ck is wrong with me?!

What’s wrong is that the identity you’ve built to survive … to be loved, to belong, to stay safe … has become the very thing standing between you and the life your soul is calling for.

Like a glass wall.

And underneath all the performing, the people pleasing, the self-betrayal … your soul has been waiting.

Whole … unchanged … still there.

Your longing is your compass.

And it’s pointing somewhere real.

If you’d like support with this journey of fully embodying your essence, feel free to reach out.
