This re-brand started one year ago in August 2025 when I met with my design team to begin the process of simplifying, streamlining, and amplifying not only our brand, but our services as well.

The task was daunting and involved submitting over 300 pages of written text, concept development, and visual branding to a large team of developers who worked with me weekly on developing the look, the messaging, and the dissemination of information.

I could not be more pleased with what has transpired from this long, arduous road that at times, felt never-ending.

Our website now allows you to use our jet-engine filter to find the therapist who matches your specific needs, and each page offers detailed information and FAQs to allow you to feel connected and comfortable from the moment you land on our site.

Our team consisting of Psychologists, Counsellors, Social Workers, and Occupational Therapists has now expanded their mental health counselling services to include:

Well, apparently I spoke too soon when I said Three Sisters Counselling Inc. had not won for Best Psychology Clinic in Kelowna 2026!

We have been advanced to the Voting Round somehow, so thank you to whomever has nominated us!

We have been selected as one of only 12 clinics including Kelowna Psychology Group and OK Therapy Group, which are the two largest clinics in Kelowna, so I am honoured to be included with this group.

Thank you to my team at Three Sisters Counselling Inc. for the hussle this morning to support a large corporation in the Lower Mainland tomorrow morning in a Critical Incident Stress Debriefing. This is the part of the job I love the most - seeing our team come together to shuffle schedules in order to be present on site to help grieving employees after a sudden death of a fellow employee.

Corina Teixeira is an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience specializing in Autism, neurodivergence, mental health disorders and post traumatic stress disorder. She offers online, in-office, or on-the-job sessions and assessments.

Most people don't realize that their extended health benefits cover an Occupational Therapist, and both of these practitioners can work with you to support your mental and physical health journey to wellness the same way a mental health counsellor can.

Thank you to The Growth Lab for featuring me and my story on their show. They are a US company focused on human optimization, future technology, and personal performance. The fact that I was featured on this show is amazing, given that I was at one time in 2021 referred to as a "luddite" (aka a person opposed to new technology).
