How your email finds me 💻 🤓

Virtual sessions available! Counselling from home (or anywhere really) can be a great option for those with busy schedules, who find it hard to get some privacy (from your car, perhaps?), who prefer the comfort of their own space, when you're travelling, or if you live outside of Vancouver or somewhere inaccessible by transit.

📣Now Accepting ICBC & CVAP Clients!

I'm so happy to share that I am now able to accept clients with ICBC and Crime Victims Assistance Program coverage. Making mental healthcare accessible is a driving force for my work in this field, and I am so pleased to be able to extend this service to people across the province.

For ICBC 🚗
Everyone knows that you can get physio and massage after an accident, but what about the emotional damage that things like injury and concussion can cause? If you've been involved in a car accident accident you are eligible for up to 12 counselling sessions through ICBC!

For CVAP (Crime Victims Assistance Program) ⚖️
If you've been hurt physically or psychologically because of a crime reported to police, you are eligible for a range of care, including clinical counselling. This is not just for the direct victims of crimes - family members and witnesses to crimes may also be eligible.

These services are paid directly by ICBC and CVAP, and are at no cost to the client.
