** Day three of the Mindfulness Challenge! **
Challenge 3 Mindful eating.

Commit to eating one meal per day with full presence and awareness. Focus on the flavours, textures, and sensations of each bite.
Benefits: This practice fosters a healthier relationship with food, encourages slower and more conscious eating, and promotes gratitude for nourishment.

** I recently had to make some big decisions for myself and my family, wondering if you have made the right decision is often the hardest part. **

Making important decisions for yourself or for loved
ones is unavoidable, and sometimes unbearable.

Stress and trauma can make decision making harder.

It's very common
to develop decision fatigue.

It's also easy
to get help.

Knowing what to ask and who to call when you are accessing services is paramount.
I can advise and guide you, or take on a bigger role and help you action the decision made.

A decision shared, is a decision solved.

I can talk to you about our Public system, our Private system and also guide your family with Future planning, Lets navigate the health system together.

September is the month where we come together to raise awareness and challenge the stigma around dementia. This year's campaign, ‘Never too early, never too late’, focuses on risk factors and the crucial role of risk reduction in staving off, delaying or potentially even preventing Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

*Exercising your mind daily can keep your brain stimulated and can delay the onset of dementia.

*Socialization improves mood, cognition, memory recall, and is associated with healthy behaviors, brain games and physical exercise.
