A mask acts as a barrier – it can protect others from your germs. But staying home if you're sick and physical distancing remain critical to preventing the spread of COVID-19.

As we move into our "new normal", there may be situations where people will wear non-medical masks for short periods of time when distancing is not possible, like when receiving personal services or while riding a bus. Here are some tips for wearing non-medical masks.
