Not every clean goes perfectly.

This client wasn’t happy with the initial result, and after personally inspecting the property, I agreed several areas were missed and it didn’t meet the standard we promise at Clean Edge.

As business owners, it’s easy to celebrate the wins. The harder part is taking ownership when things don’t go as planned.

Our priority was making it right. We personally supervised the re-clean, and we made sure every concern was addressed until the home was truly move-in ready.

We believe our reputation isn’t built on never making mistakes, it’s built on how we respond when we do.
