Off on an adventure to Desolation Sound - first overnight at Fairwinds Marina where the Marina staff had our boat secured faster than any calf roper at the Calgary Stampede! Truly remarkable!! This is a brand new marina and well worth a visit but you def need e-bikes for a grocery run. Who forgets milk and bread but remembers spicy hot sauce?

When you combine acupuncture with Reiki energy healing the results are dramatic. I added Reiki to my practice because I was seeing alot of young women with extensive health issues - autoimmune diseases. The Reiki helped ground them in their bodies helping them feel safe.
I’ve come to realize feeling safe is critical to healing.
