We don’t rise to the level of our goals we fall to the level of our systems - James Clear Atomic Habits. If I want to be healthy I need to be consistent- something I struggle with. Swimming and yoga are my go-to routines as they regulate my nervous system and strengthen my body. I wish I lifted weights but until I incorporate that into my routine - I just need to be consistent with the things I am doing today.

Off on an adventure to Desolation Sound - first overnight at Fairwinds Marina where the Marina staff had our boat secured faster than any calf roper at the Calgary Stampede! Truly remarkable!! This is a brand new marina and well worth a visit but you def need e-bikes for a grocery run. Who forgets milk and bread but remembers spicy hot sauce?
