A new study tested tampons for toxins—and the results were shocking. Researchers found levels of glyphosate, a toxic herbicide, at 40 times the safe limit for drinking water. Yes, forty.

Glyphosate is not only classified as carcinogenic, it's also been linked to Parkinson’s disease, liver inflammation, and fertility issues.
And if that weren’t enough, here are some other findings from previous research:

⚠️ Heavy metals - such as lead and arsenic. Both have been linked to cancer, sensory neuropathy, kidney damage, neurological damage and more.

⚠️Styrene - The World Health Organization classifies styrene as a carcinogen.

⚠️Chloromethane - The EPA says short-term exposure to high concentrations of chloromethane can have neurological effects.

⚠️Dioxin - a byproduct of chlorine-bleaching process. Dioxin is a group of highly toxic chemicals that are harmful for health - can cause problems with fertility and reproduction, immune system, it can disrupt hormones and lead to cancer.

⚠️Bisphenol A known as - BPA! It’s known as disrupting the function of hormone-releasing endocrine glands, particularly in fetuses and babies.

These substances are being absorbed through the vaginal wall—one of the most delicate and absorbent tissues in the body—and sent straight into the bloodstream, skipping the body’s usual detox systems.

With 50%–80% of women using tampons regularly, we have to ask: Why aren’t we talking about this? Why aren't girls taught to question what's in these products?
Despite what we've known in holistic circles for years, these products are still on store shelves—unlabeled, unregulated, and under-discussed.

An ideal and very powerful day for manifestation of our true heart desires! During the workshop we’ll talk about manifestations, how to recognize your true heart desires and how to bring them to life. We’ll learn what blocks us on the way of our manifestations and how to become powerful creators alchemizing our own life. And then we’ll ground our desires by special body movement practice lead by Ania Korkh - rhythmic gymnastics coach and choreographer, former nationally ranked gymnast.

Let me tell you a story💫👇🏻

Listening to your soul through your heart is the best skill you can ever develop.

Some time in May I attended an online event that had a guided meditation with the name ‘what’s next’. And although my ‘what’s next’ didn’t show up in many details - I had a vision that had deep resonance in my heart - women’s circle.

Couple weeks later I met with friends from older days that I haven’t seen for very long time and we went hiking. On that hike - one of the girls told how she wished to attend a women’s circle. That was my first sign that the vision that came to me wasn’t a fruit of my imagination but a wish (and not only mine) that wants to come to fruition.
I began developing my event, and to be honest, I was quite scared to come out with its announcement because it’s totally out of my comfort zone and a new experience for me. But my heart spoke louder than my doubts, so I followed its guidance.

My initial women’s circle got canceled. I got sick a day before - which I totally related to psychosomatics, but now in retrospective I understand that it was something bigger than just me and my fears working on that plan. I felt and trusted that the circle needs to happen so I rescheduled.

And then the second rescheduled date came - and it got canceled! Second time but this time totally out of my control - the location just got blocked and the road to the place was closed! I couldn’t reschedule everything second time and keep counting on people wanting to come.. so I canceled.

Quite frankly, I was devastated but also taking everything as a lesson, trusting that it’s all for better. The next morning I woke up with a deep feeling that the circle still wants to come to fruition and manifest itself. So I took a leap and just asked. Some canceled their tickets. But I left with 5 beautiful supporters so we found a new date.

Lots to reflect upon but for now I just feel really deep appreciation for everyone who took part in the circle and my beautiful friends and family for their continuous support.

A post from February 2019 that I posted on my other account, but still very relevant. One of the first posts where I opened up and wrote from the bottom of my heart and I feel called to repost it here.

Few weeks later I met my husband .rew

‘So many things have happened throughout the last 4 years of my life. Going through immigration challenges and divorce same time, leaving the past behind, adjusting to the new.. people leaving my life, new people coming in, unfulfilled relationships.. So many emotions I felt during this time - from inspiration to total despair, from being proud of the change I’m making to feeling ashamed about it.. So much confusion and doubt, but also hope and faith. Today I was able to experience something for the first time in my life, which I’d never been able to experience before in my adult life. And it’s just simple feeling of joy and being happy in the moment, simple moment of watching the snow and having fun playing with it together with my child. Not feeling numb anymore, not looking at others wondering ‘what’s so exciting and why I’m not feeling happy as them’. And now I know my heart is fully open and free, and this is the transformational moment I’ve been craving so much. And now I know I’m ready for much more joy to flow into my life.. maybe even on greater scale. I used to think that transformation is supposed to be something big and dramatic, I expected to see the physical evidence of it in my life in order to feel it. Today I realized that it all really comes from within, like they write in the books.. it is simple, it is quite and humble but you will never be able to miss it. And I truly believe that it’s just the beginning.. ❤️’
